This is extremely common in the Bay Area, especially on mid-century, Eichler, open-beam and tile-edge homes. We fabricate a custom mounting board or channel along the roofline so the lights have a proper straight surface to attach to.

Can the mounting system be color matched to my house?

Yes. We paint mounting materials to complement or match your existing trim or fascia color so the installation looks intentional in daylight.

Do you install permanent lights on three-story homes?

Yes. Three-story and hillside homes require additional access planning, which we assess during the quoting process.
